Boxing

Who is your favorite boxer? Perhaps Mike Tyson? Or Bernard Hopkins? Whatever your choice is boxing is just a great sport. Whether you watch it for the rush or just watch guys hit each other, you love it. Although there are many great boxers, Floyd Mayweather is the best.

Last year he fought “sugar” Shane Mosley, and completely destroyed him. They went all 12 rounds but he made Mosley almost nearly fall down. Mosley started off crazy and doing well but Mayweather got in his rhythm and started giving Mosley what he deserved. It ended up being judges anonymously. Great fight last year.

This year he fought Victor Ortiz. This was in my opinion one of the most interesting fights ever. The Fight started of good but suddenly changed momentum. Ortiz was hitting Mayweather in the face while both heading towards the ropes when Ortiz head butts Floyd. Ortiz tried to make up for it by hugging and hitting gloves, but Victor didn’t except Floyd to be messing around. Mayweather by surprise right hooked Ortiz in the face and knocked him out. The ref counted it as a knock out and the fight was over like in the 4^th round! Amazing fight in my opinion, just how it all played out.

Who knows who he will fight next but I’m sure it will be interesting. Many people want him to fight Manny Pacquiao but Manny declines for some reason. His future fights will probably be interesting. There isn’t a fight where something breath taking happens.

          Floyd Mayweather is the best pound for pound fighter of the century. The fact that he’s 42-0 makes him even better. There is not one person on this earth that can take down this so called “human being”. I just have some advice; don’t ever ever mess with a guy with this type of skill.
